This policy explains how ATHARV DIGITAL - FZCO (“we”, “us”) collects and uses personal data when you use atharvdigital.com or contact us.

1. Who we are

ATHARV DIGITAL - FZCO, Trade Licence No. 90595, registered at DSO-IFZA, IFZA Properties, Dubai Silicon Oasis, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Data requests: sandeep@atharvdigital.com or info@atharvdigital.com.

2. What we collect

Through the contact form we may collect:

• Name
• Company name
• Email address
• Phone number
• Service interest
• Message content
• Technical metadata (IP address, timestamp, user agent) for security and spam prevention

We do not require an account to browse this website. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 16.

3. Why we process data

• To respond to enquiries and provide requested information
• To evaluate potential client or partnership discussions
• To secure the site against abuse (rate limiting, honeypot)
• To meet legal and regulatory obligations in the UAE

Legal bases (where applicable concepts under UAE PDPL / GDPR-style principles): legitimate interest in operating a business website; performance of pre-contractual steps at your request; consent where you voluntarily submit a form.

4. Retention

Contact form submissions are retained for up to 24 months after the last correspondence, unless a longer period is required for legal claims, accounting or regulatory purposes. Spam and clearly abusive submissions may be deleted sooner.

5. Third-party processors

• SMTP / email provider — delivers form messages to our corporate inbox (credentials stored only on the server; never in client-side code).
• Hosting provider — serves this website and may process server logs (IP, request path, timestamps).
• Ezoic — header, analytics and (after approval) advertising scripts. Includes Gatekeeper consent management (CMP) scripts for privacy compliance.
• Google Analytics — only if a measurement ID is configured on the live server; otherwise not loaded.
• Google Fonts — fonts may be requested from Google’s CDN when you load pages.

We do not sell personal data.

6. International transfers

Our company is established in the UAE. Processors may operate in other countries. Where transfers occur, we take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards consistent with applicable law.

7. Your rights

Subject to UAE law (and, where relevant, GDPR-style rights for EU/EEA visitors), you may request:

• Access to personal data we hold about you
• Correction of inaccurate data
• Deletion, where no overriding legal basis applies
• Restriction of, or objection to, certain processing
• A copy of data you provided (portability), where technically feasible

Email sandeep@atharvdigital.com with the subject “Data request”. We may need to verify your identity before responding. You may also lodge a complaint with the UAE Data Office or another competent authority.

8. Security

We use HTTPS on the production site, restrict access to server credentials, and apply basic anti-spam controls on the contact form. No method of transmission is perfectly secure.

9. Governing law

This policy is governed by the laws of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. Disputes are subject to the courts of Dubai, UAE, unless mandatory consumer protections provide otherwise.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after updates constitutes notice of the revised policy.
